About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Lead with 10 years of experience in software development and proven expertise in leading engineering teams. You will be responsible for driving technical excellence, providing architectural guidance, and delivering high-quality solutions using modern technologies including , React, , and Python. Experience with AWS and GCP cloud platforms and strong knowledge of system design is essential with MongoDB database

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable and secure web applications.
  • Guide a team of engineers through technical challenges, code reviews, and best practices.
  • Architect full-stack solutions leveraging , React, , and Python.
  • Good hands-on experience with SQL and No SQL Databases, MongoDB is must.
  • Design and implement solutions on AWS and GCP cloud infrastructure.
  • Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of systems through solid system design principles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, UX/UI, and DevOps.
  • Maintain a balance between hands-on coding and technical leadership.
  • Conduct technical interviews and mentor junior and mid-level developers.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and advocate for their adoption when appropriate.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10 years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Proficient in , , and for front-end and back-end development.
  • Hands-on coding skills in Python.
  • Hands-on experience with MongoDB.
  • Solid experience with AWS and GCP cloud services.
  • Strong understanding of system design, distributed systems, microservices architecture, and RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CDK) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design scalable and maintainable solutions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
