Operations Executive – Visa Processing

Select My Flight is a GCC-based travel and tourism company with a strong presence in the region. Our office in Vyttila, Kochi supports our expanding visa operations and travel services for the UAE and other GCC countries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end processing of UAE and GCC visas (tourist, visit, business, etc.)
  • Coordinating with embassies, consulates, and clients for visa applications
  • Managing documentation and tracking application status
  • Communicating with clients regarding requirements, updates, and follow-ups
  • Assisting with other travel and tourism-related operational tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in UAE/GCC visa operations
  • Knowledge of online visa portals and GCC immigration systems
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple applications
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Hindi/Malayalam is an added advantage
  • Familiarity with the travel and tourism industry is preferred

10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Pay: ₹13, ₹17,000.00 per month
