The Visa Process Associate plays a crucial role in facilitating the visa application process for our clients. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of visa documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission. Key responsibilities include:

  • Document Review: Thoroughly reviewing visa application documents to ensure they meet the requirements stipulated by immigration authorities.
  • Client Communication: Interacting with clients to gather necessary information, clarify queries, and guide them through the visa application process.
  • Application Preparation: Assisting clients in completing visa application forms accurately and ensuring all required supporting documents are provided.
  • Compliance Adherence: Ensuring that all visa applications comply with relevant immigration regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Documentation Management: Maintaining organized records of visa applications, correspondence with clients, and other relevant documentation.
  • Coordination: Collaborating with internal teams, external partners, and government agencies to streamline the visa application process and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Client Support: Providing ongoing support to clients, including updates on application status, responding to inquiries, and addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Continuous Learning: Staying updated on changes in immigration laws, regulations, and procedures to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
