Job Description
- Execution & Planning of Electrical project & site work like-Coordinate & support design team over drawing & technical document.
- Inspection and testing of electrical panels, Motor, Earthing pit & DBs.
- Verifying BOQ and ensuring proper procurement; controlling material received and maintaining records.
- Provide regular updated to the project team and management on work performed, plan, budget and overall status.
- Conducting weekly and daily review meetings with the Project Manager & Contractor site engineer and resolving the site related issues and ensure site clearance is available to start the electrical activities.
- Monitoring, Scheduling of electrical activity, Coordination with contractors & execution of project.
- Manpower handling for on time project completion.
- Ensure all work the safety aspects as per EHS requirement.
- Making of as build drawing as per site according.
- Certification of material reconciliation statement.
- Certification of supply and installation RA bills and final bill.
- Bus duct erection.
- Making of Earthing Pits, Grid Earthing all panels, DBs and all electrical panels, Utility & Process Equipment Earthing etc.
- Critical spare parts management.
- Responsible for electrical and equipment by undertaking preventive and predictive maintenance work regularly.
- Preparation and submission final hand over work completion certificate document.
- Installation of Power and lighting Transformer, DG, HT/LT panel, PCC panel, iMCC panel, LDB, PDB, LP, ELP, Battery Bank.
- Installation of Wiring and Industrial light fitting, FLP, non FLP and commercial Light fitting.
- Installation of street light fitting and weather proof light fitting.
- Laying of Cable tray, HT/LT cable, power, control and Instrumentation and FAS cable.
Skill
Experience of pharmaceutical / Chemical projects is must.
