Job Role: Electrical Site Engineer

About the Job:

We are seeking an accomplished Electrical Site Engineer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the installation process at customer sites, ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Key responsibilities include observing the entire installation process, ensuring a seamless installation experience, and minimizing error rates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the installation process at customer sites to ensure adherence to SOP
  • Ensure a seamless installation process and minimize error rates
  • Promptly address any deviations in the installation process related to electrical systems
  • Proper documentation of errors noticed and presentation of metrics
  • Structured escalation of identified issues and providing resolutions in a systematic manner

Requirements:

  • Educational background in electrical engineering with a B.Tech or Diploma
  • 0-2 years of experience in the electrical industry or relevant field
  • Proficiency in documentation, data analysis, and basic knowledge of house wiring, load calculation, and AutoCAD
  • Sound knowledge of power supplies (single/multiphase), inverters, generators, and related systems
  • Strong interpersonal skills
