Solar Installation Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled individual to coordinate solar installation schedules between installers and customers, ensuring projects are completed on time. This role requires strong organizational and time-management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, as well as the ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Coordinate solar installation schedules between installers and customers.
- Provide on-site support to installers during installations.
- Oversee quality assurance and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor system performance post-installation.
- Arrange follow-up visits when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with installers and customers to schedule installations and ensure timely completion.
- Conduct site visits to provide technical support and address any issues that may arise.
- Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure high-quality installations.
- Analyze system performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize energy generation.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 1+ year of experience in the solar or renewable energy sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
