Job Position: Site Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Site Operations Specialist to oversee and execute on-site projects related to sewer rehabilitation, pipeline surveys, and wastewater management.

This is a key role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and technical expertise in infrastructure development and water treatment systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise day-to-day activities at project sites ensuring timely execution of sewer rehabilitation and survey projects as per technical specifications.
  • Oversee the installation, maintenance, and operation of specialized equipment such as CCTV survey systems, no-dig rehabilitation tools, and pipeline lining technologies.
  • Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
  • Prepare daily/weekly site reports and progress updates.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to resolve site-level challenges.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of site/project experience in construction, infrastructure, or water & wastewater projects.
  • Knowledge of sewer rehabilitation, pipeline surveys, or no-dig technologies will be advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of project management, site safety, and quality control.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
  • Willingness to travel and work at various project sites across India.
