We have an opening for an Electrical Site Engineer position at Dahej (Gujarat) location.

Job Description

  • Execution & Planning of Electrical project & site work like-Coordinate & support design team over drawing & technical document.
  • Inspection and testing of electrical panels, Motor, Earthing pit & DBs.
  • Verifying BOQ and ensuring proper procurement; controlling material received and maintaining records.
  • Provide regular updated to the project team and management on work performed, plan, budget and overall status.
  • Conducting weekly and daily review meetings with the Project Manager & Contractor site engineer and resolving the site related issues and ensure site clearance is available to start the electrical activities.
  • Monitoring, Scheduling of electrical activity, Coordination with contractors & execution of project.
  • Manpower handling for on time project completion.
  • Ensure all work the safety aspects as per EHS requirement.
  • Making of as build drawing as per site according.
  • Certification of material reconciliation statement.
  • Certification of supply and installation RA bills and final bill.
  • Bus duct erection.
  • Making of Earthing Pits, Grid Earthing all panels, DBs and all electrical panels, Utility & Process Equipment Earthing etc.
  • Critical spare parts management.
  • Responsible for electrical and equipment by undertaking preventive and predictive maintenance work regularly.
  • Preparation and submission final hand over work completion certificate document.
  • Installation of Power and lighting Transformer, DG, HT/LT panel, PCC panel, iMCC panel, LDB, PDB, LP, ELP, Battery Bank.
  • Installation of Wiring and Industrial light fitting, FLP, non FLP and commercial Light fitting.
  • Installation of street light fitting and weather proof light fitting.
  • Laying of Cable tray, HT/LT cable, power, control and Instrumentation and FAS cable.

Skill

Experience of pharmaceutical / Chemical projects is must.
