We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer to join our solar energy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining electrical systems for solar power projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and review electrical layouts for solar PV systems (rooftop and ground-mounted).
  • Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for solar installations.
  • Prepare single-line diagrams, load calculations, and cable sizing.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and grid regulations.
  • Support commissioning and troubleshooting of solar systems.
  • Maintain documentation and reports related to project progress and performance.
  • Assist in energy yield analysis and performance monitoring.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, PVsyst, and MS Office.
  • Knowledge of relevant electrical codes (IEC, IS, NEC).
  • Strong understanding of grid-connected and off-grid solar systems.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with utility-scale solar projects.
  • Certification in solar PV design or installation.
