Qualification:

  • Diploma / B.E. in Electrical Engineering

Experience:

  • 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in plant / industrial electrical maintenance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform installation, operation, and maintenance of electrical systems, machinery, and equipment in the plant.
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues and ensure timely rectification to minimize downtime.
  • Monitor and maintain HT/LT panels, motors, drives, control panels, and wiring systems.
  • Ensure preventive and predictive maintenance schedules are followed.
  • Coordinate with production and other departments for smooth operations.
  • Maintain proper documentation of maintenance records, checklists, and logs.
  • Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and statutory requirements.
  • Liaise with vendors/contractors for electrical repair and service activities.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems and equipment.
  • Hands-on experience with PLC, VFDs, control circuits (preferred).
  • Ability to troubleshoot independently and provide quick solutions.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and energy conservation practices.
