Shift- 9:30am to 5:30pm

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare order confirmations, sales invoices and packing lists in Tally.
  • Coordinate with clients to receive signed confirmation of sales order.
  • Cross-check sales order issued with purchase order issued by client.
  • Prepare pre-shipment and post-shipment documents including packing list, invoice, shipping bill, regulatory declarations.
  • Maintain records on duty drawback, and MEIS credit on export shipments.
  • Maintain physical and digital records of pre-shipment & post-shipment documents.
  • Coordinate with CHA for road transport, shipping container and vessel

Candidate Profile

  • Prior experience in Export Documentation is compulsory / CHA work background will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to draft email communication for US and European international clients.
  • Proficient in MS Excel.
  • Good time management and organization skills.
  • Any Graduate/ PG

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
