Position - Executive/Ser Exe Customer Service - Ocean Export (1 - preferably male)

Location - Mumbai

CTC - 4.5 to 6 lakhs.

Experience - 3 years above in freight forwarding company only / **No CHA company.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute and update nomination routing orders from overseas office.
- Plan, monitor and execute LCL, FCL, Buyer console shipments.
- Send quotations to overseas agents for EX-Work shipments
- Execute complete logistics requirements for the customers - pick up of cargo, arrange custom clearance & shipment execution.
- Arrange booking SN, distribute Delivery Order to shippers/CHA’s.
- Execute the shipment within the stipulated cut off timings by arranging the Load lists & SI submission, follow ups and arrange for Form-13 & arrange movement of stuffed containers from CFS to Port, Submission of VGm, follows if necessary till loading.
- Ensure timely filing of SI, ENS, ACD/AmS & arrange ISF filing & VGm etc.
- Resolve queries with carrier, shippers, overseas agents ,etc.
- Coordination with shipping line, co-loaders, CHA, Overseas offices
- Follow ups till cargo delivery
- Update & Sending DSRs.
- Updating cargo status, stuffing report, Onboard confirmation, etc to agent/shipper/CHA
- Handover Docket timely to documentation with all required details and quotation.
- Update system entry like ALDI tool, LOT’s for required customer

**Must Have**:

- The person should be pro in MS Office
- Should have operations, documentation & customer service knowledge
- Good communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
