Job Title: Senior Executive – Sales & Accounts Coordination

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced professional to manage client communications, sales offers, purchase orders, and accounts. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and hands-on experience with Tally for accounting entries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing emails professionally and respond to client queries.
  • Communicate with clients via calls to build relationships, follow up on offers, and resolve queries.
  • Prepare and share quotations/offers with clients as per requirements.
  • Create and manage Purchase Orders with vendors.
  • Record and manage accounting entries in Tally.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.
  • Maintain records of sales, purchase, and accounts-related activities.
  • Support management in day-to-day commercial operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Tally ERP and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Experience in handling clients and vendor coordination.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles.

Education:

  • Graduate in Commerce/Business Administration (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹33,560.76 per month
