Join us, and lets transform India, togetherJob OverviewWe are looking for high-performing sales professionals to help meet customer acquisition, onboarding and revenue growth targets with a strong orientation in digital and metric-driven analytical approach.Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct client visits to identify and generate B2B leads
  • Support customer acquisition and help drive new business
  • Connect onboarded customers to relevant sellers on the platform
  • Share market intelligence on pricing and competitor activity
  • Maintain updated customer profiles and lead status in CRM
  • Assist customers during their credit application process
  • Work closely with the team leader to meet monthly targets

Basic Qualification

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Strong interest in B2B sales, with a willingness to build a career in the steel industry (flats segment HR, CR, PPGL, OMS, etc.)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with customers

  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets in a dynamic and field-based sales environment

  • Comfortable with fieldwork, customer acquisition, and relationship management
  • Ability to understand customer needs, offer relevant solutions, and follow through on sales closures
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic analytical skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
