We're Hiring: Management Representative (MR)

Balaji Piping Products Limited, a leading manufacturer in the piping industry, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Management Representative (MR) to strengthen our Quality and Compliance functions.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Act as the Management Representative for ISO, QMS, and HSE systems.

·  Ensure compliance with API 5CT, API 6A, FM, and UL scopes and other international standards.

· Develop, implement, and monitor Quality Management Systems (QMS) across departments.

· Coordinate with certification bodies, auditors, and external agencies for audits and inspections.

·  Drive continual improvement initiatives in line with organizational objectives.

·  Train and guide internal teams on compliance, documentation, and process control.

·  Prepare and maintain records for audits, certifications, and statutory requirements.

·  Liaise between top management and operational teams to ensure smooth execution of policies.

·  Develop, implement, and maintain the QMS, ensuring continual improvement.

·  Coordinate internal and external audits, addressing NCRs and ensuring timely closure.

Preferred Experience & Qualifications:

·  Proven experience as MR / Quality Manager in a manufacturing or engineering industry.

·  Hands-on knowledge of API 5CT (Casing & Tubing) and API 6A (Wellhead & Christmas Tree Equipment) scopes is highly preferred.

·  Strong understanding of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018.
