Based in Rajkot, we are bootstrapped and tech-first, serving 500+ clients across India, Europe, and the US.
Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be the first point of contact for our potential customers. Your role is to identify, research, and connect with decision-makers, introduce them to our solutions, and set up qualified demos for our sales team.
This is an entry-level role – perfect for freshers who want to build a career in B2B SaaS sales, business development, and marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients using , LinkedIn, and other tools.
- Run outbound campaigns (emails, LinkedIn, follow-ups) to engage decision-makers.
- Qualify leads based on industry, need, and decision-making power.
- Schedule demos/meetings for the sales/CEO team.
- Keep the CRM updated with all activities and conversations.
- Work closely with marketing to share feedback on leads, campaigns, and messaging.
- Achieve weekly/monthly targets for demos booked and qualified leads.
Skills & Qualities We're Looking For
- Good English communication (written + spoken).
- Strong research & internet skills (comfortable with LinkedIn, Google, etc.).
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable with rejection.
- Basic understanding of sales/marketing concepts is a plus.
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn SaaS tools (Apollo, CRM, Google Workspace).
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in any stream (BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, BA, BCA, Engineering, MBA preferred).
- Freshers welcome – training will be provided.
