Job Description

Job Responsibilites

Daily Manpower report submit to HO

Daily Attendance related work and keep record(OT, absents , late coming, leave record).Finalize Contract employee salary and release payment timely.
Conduct test evaluation during new emp appointment.(contract emp Recruitment).To Make monthly house keeping requirement and order.
Monitoring canteen activities welfare. Transport pickup and drop of shift associates.Control Time management of employees(Issue leave cards, late comming , locker allocation .personal record of contract.

Assist General Admin work as an when required.

Maintain IATF 16949 HR related documents.

Attend Internal and external audits.

Any other additional duties that might be instructed by immediate superior which is under the capacity of employee.
