Job Summary:

The Production Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and improving the manufacturing processes to ensure optimal production efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth operations and continuous improvement in the production line.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities to meet output targets.
  • Analyze production processes and identify opportunities for process optimization.
  • Ensure efficient use of manpower, machinery, and materials.
  • Implement and maintain production schedules to ensure timely delivery.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with maintenance teams to reduce downtime.
  • Maintain records of production data, performance reports, and process documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and company policies.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Support new product development and trial runs in collaboration with R&D and QA teams.
  • Continuously monitor process parameters and suggest improvements to enhance productivity.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and production planning.
  • Familiar with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and other process improvement tools.
  • Ability to analyze data and prepare technical reports.
  • Good communication and team coordination skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and AutoCAD (if applicable).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
