Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Organize and maintain appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
- Communication: Handle emails, phone calls, and memos; ensure timely and professional responses.
- Documentation: Prepare reports, presentations, and various office documents.
- Record Keeping: Maintain both electronic and paper-based files and records.
- Research: Conduct research and compile information for reports and ongoing projects.
- Office Coordination: Collaborate with staff, clients, and vendors for smooth daily operations.
- Task Management: Prioritize and manage multiple assignments efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (a degree in Business Administration or related field preferred).
- Experience: Prior experience as a secretary or in an administrative role preferred.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.

Pay: ₹15, ₹55,000.00 per month
