Job Description- Senior Executive- Accounts

We are seeking a
Senior Executive – Accounts

with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in managing financial operations and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
  2. Prepare and review monthly reconciliation reports and ensure accuracy of all financial data.
  3. Support in budgeting and forecasting, monitoring variances, and assisting in corrective measures.
  4. Handle bank reconciliations and maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams for expense classification, approvals, and reporting accuracy.
  6. Assist in tax filings, statutory compliance, and audit preparations.
  7. Conduct periodic internal checks to ensure adherence to accounting controls and identify improvement areas.
  8. Stay updated with accounting principles, taxation laws, and regulatory changes.
  9. Provide financial insights and reports to management as and when required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Proficiency in Tally, accounting software, and MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
