West India – Nagpur, Nasik, Surat, Mumbai, Pune
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Job Responsibilities
As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving growth in your assigned territory through strong market engagement and sales execution. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Identifying and onboarding new dealers, retailers, and distributors
• Promoting and selling the Skava range of modular switches
• Conducting regular field visits to electrical shops, contractors, builders, and project sites
• Following up with existing clients to increase sales volumes
• Achieving monthly sales and collection targets
• Sharing market insights, competitor activity, and customer feedback with the team
• Supporting in branding activities such as in-shop displays, product demos, and schemes
• Reporting daily activities, visits, and updates to the Sales Manage
Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications
Must-have:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in electricals or Building materials
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Good knowledge of the local market and existing dealer/retailer networks
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
• Basic proficiency in using mobile apps or reporting tools
Nice-to-have:
o Prior experience in modular switches or electrical accessories
o Fluency in local language(s) of the assigned territory
o Exposure to working with contractors, builders, or interior designers
Success Criteria
To excel in this role, we expect you to:
• Onboard a minimum of 25 new dealers within the first 3 months
• Achieve 100% of monthly sales and collection targets
• Develop strong relationships that drive recurring business
• Ensure Skava visibility in retail shops via branding and schemes
• Provide timely and actionable market intelligence
Compensation
Base salary: Rs.3,60,000/- to Rs.4,20,000 per year, depending on experience.
