Retention Marketing Intern

Responsibilities:

  • Learn and support in using ReBid's Customer Data Platform to segment and activate customer journeys.

  • Assist in building personalized retention campaigns (email, SMS, push, in-app) based on CDP insights.

  • Work with client success managers to understand client goals and translate data into actionable retention strategies.

  • Monitor and track customer engagement metrics – churn rates, LTV, repeat purchases, and campaign effectiveness.

  • Conduct A/B testing and experiment with different customer touchpoints to maximize retention.

  • Collaborate with the design, product, and marketing teams to deliver engaging communication strategies for clients.

  • Prepare weekly reports & insights decks for internal and client presentations.

  • Research and stay updated on CRM trends, retention best practices, and data-driven marketing approaches.

Skills and Experience:

  • Pursuing/completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related fields.

  • Interest in customer lifecycle management, retention marketing, and CRM platforms.

  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing channels and customer journey mapping.

  • Comfort with data analysis (Excel/Google Sheets, basic SQL/BI tools a plus).

  • Strong communication skills and a client-first approach.

  • Curious, detail-oriented, and passionate about data-driven marketing.
