Role & Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for customers and help them experience Numerize seamlessly.
  • Guide clients through the onboarding process, assist with product adoption, and provide ongoing support.
  • Understand customer needs and proactively identify areas where they may need help.
  • Work closely with internal teams to suggest improvements and deliver feedback from customers.
  • Maintain long-term relationships and drive customer satisfaction and retention.

Who You Are

  • A recent graduate or someone with up to 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles (customer success, support, or consulting).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills—clear, confident, and empathetic.
  • Quick thinker and problem-solver, comfortable learning and applying new tools.
  • Passionate about customers and committed to helping them succeed.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where things move quickly and change often.
