Customer Enablement & Success Associate

Role & Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for customers and help them experience Numerize seamlessly.
- Guide clients through the onboarding process, assist with product adoption, and provide ongoing support.
- Understand customer needs and proactively identify areas where they may need help.
- Work closely with internal teams to suggest improvements and deliver feedback from customers.
- Maintain long-term relationships and drive customer satisfaction and retention.
Who You Are
- A recent graduate or someone with up to 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles (customer success, support, or consulting).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills—clear, confident, and empathetic.
- Quick thinker and problem-solver, comfortable learning and applying new tools.
- Passionate about customers and committed to helping them succeed.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where things move quickly and change often.
