Key Responsibilities

  • Quality Control & Assurance
  • Assist in the implementation of project quality plans and procedures.
  • Monitor daily construction activities to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and standards.
  • Support inspections of civil works including concrete, reinforcement, formwork, earthworks, finishing, etc.
  • Materials & Testing
  • Verify material deliveries against approved submittals.
  • Coordinate and witness material testing (concrete, soil, aggregates, asphalt, steel, etc.).
  • Maintain records of calibration and testing certificates.
  • Documentation & Reporting
  • Prepare daily inspection reports, checklists, and quality logs.
  • Assist in raising and closing Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
  • Support in maintaining QA/QC documentation for audits and project handover.
  • Coordination & Compliance
  • Work with site engineers, consultants, and contractors to resolve quality issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations.
  • Participate in internal and external quality audits.
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Identify recurring quality issues and propose corrective actions.
  • Provide feedback and support training to site teams on quality requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor's degree/diploma in Civil Engineering (or related field).
  • Experience: 3-9 years (entry to mid-level) in quality roles within civil construction projects.
  • Knowledge:
  • Civil engineering codes and standards.
  • Material testing procedures and QA/QC processes.
  • Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Report writing and documentation.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with QA/QC software/tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹276, ₹800,000.00 per year
