Job Description :-

  • Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance protocols and inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
  • Quality Control: Monitor construction processes and materials to ensure quality standards are met, conducting regular inspections and tests as needed.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of all quality assurance and control activities, ensuring easy accessibility and traceability.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure all site activities comply with legal regulations and standards, including safety protocols and environmental guidelines.
  • Problem Resolution: Identify quality issues and recommend corrective actions, collaborating with project managers and site engineers to implement solutions.
  • Software Proficiency: Auto-CAD, Revit

Key Requirements

  • Experience: 5-10 years of experience in QA/QC engineering within the real estate or construction industry.
  • Education: Graduation in B.Tech/B.E. with a specialization in Civil Engineering or a relevant degree.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in Quality Management Systems
  • Experience in high-rise building projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300, ₹700,000.00 per year
