Key Responsibilities:

Quality Management System Implementation:

  • Develop and enforce QA/QC policies and procedures to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory standards.​
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of quality management systems, recommending improvements as necessary.​

Material and Workmanship Inspection:

  • Conduct site inspections to verify that construction materials and workmanship meet specified quality standards.​
  • Test construction materials such as concrete, steel, and soil to ensure they conform to project requirements.​

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain comprehensive QA/QC documentation, including inspection reports, material test results, and non-conformance records.​
  • Prepare and submit quality reports to project management and stakeholders, highlighting any issues and recommending corrective actions.​

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.​
  • Provide technical support and guidance to resolve quality-related issues on-site.​

Training and Development:

  • Train and mentor site staff on quality control procedures and best practices to foster a culture of quality awareness.​
  • Stay updated with the latest industry standards and regulations to ensure continuous improvement in quality management.​
