Sales Head (Pharma Equipment)

Location: Mumbai Maharashtra

Responsibilities:

Ø Lead the sales team across all product lines – process equipment, containment systems, piping distribution, turnkey/EPC projects.

Ø Define sales strategies and business development plans to expand presence in domestic and international markets.

Ø Manage key accounts with pharma, chemical, and food industry clients.

Ø Mentor and guide junior and senior sales engineers/executives.

Ø Achieve overall company sales targets and report to top management.

Ø Represent EOS Techno in industry conferences, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Requirements:

Ø B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical / Chemical) with MBA preferred.

Ø 12–15 years of experience in capital equipment / project sales with leadership exposure.

Ø Proven track record in sales strategy, client management, and revenue growth.

Ø Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

Ø Ability to drive both domestic and international sales.
