Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive / Manager to lead sales efforts in TMT Bars and Hot Rolled (HR) Coils. The role requires a strong background in B2B sales within the steel or construction materials industry, with the ability to build relationships and achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in the assigned territory.
  • Promote and sell TMT bars and HR coils to construction companies, fabricators, OEMs, and infrastructure contractors.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities and onboard new clients.
  • Monitor competitor activities and industry trends and report to the management team.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions within company policies.
  • Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
  • Attend trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.

Key Skills

  • In-depth knowledge of TMT bars and HR coils.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales within the steel or construction materials sector.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing (preferred for managerial positions).
