Equipped with advanced testing equipment, the facility supports rigorous day-to-day quality control and assurance. We collaborate with various partners to assist clients in developing and launching new nutrition bars.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tender Management Professional located in Kashipur(Uttarakhand)/ New Delhi. The Tender Management Professional will be responsible for managing the tender process, from initial proposal to final submission. This includes preparing tender documents, coordinating with internal departments to gather necessary information, and ensuring all criteria and deadlines are met. The role will also involve analyzing tender requirements, preparing cost estimates, and negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors. The individual will be expected to maintain comprehensive records of all tender activities and report on tender outcomes to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in managing tender processes, including preparing tender documents and cost estimates
  • Strong analytical skills to assess tender requirements and conditions
  • Excellent negotiation skills for dealing with suppliers and subcontractors
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for tender management
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the manufacturing or food industry is a plus
