Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and goal-oriented Education Counselor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counseling students, understanding their academic aspirations, and providing guidance on courses, universities, and admission procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

•Counsel students and parents regarding career pathways, course options, and university selections.

•Provide detailed information about universities, admission processes, eligibility criteria, scholarships, and visa procedures (if applicable).

•Assist students in selecting the right program based on their interests, qualifications, and career goals.

•Manage and maintain student databases, application records, and follow-ups.

•Conduct telephonic, in-person, and online counseling sessions.

•Maintain a high level of professionalism and ensure excellent student service.

Requirements:

•Strong communication & interpersonal skills

•Ability to guide, motivate & support students.

•Qualification: Graduate / Pursuing Graduation.

•Freshers welcome | Experience in Counseling / Telecalling is an advantage
