Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote services.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Explain project features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers.
  • Achieve monthly targets.
  • Follow up with leads to ensure conversions and repeat business.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through regular communication.
  • Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Share feedback from customers to improve product/service offerings.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (1–3 years preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve results.
