Role & responsibilities

Excellent Communication Skills In English (Verbal And Written)

  • Excellent Communication Skills In German and French (Verbal And Written)
  • The Candidate Should Have An Interest In The International Voice Process.
  • Respond To Customer Queries In A Timely And Accurate Way, Via Phone And Chat.
  • Resolving Customer Queries At The First Point Of Contact.
  • Adhere To Internal Policies To Ensure Compliance With Legal Parameters As Well As Company Policies And Procedures.
  • Recording And Updating Customer Information Via The Organization Internal Systems.

  • Only Male Candidates Can Apply
  • Experience In International Voice Will Be Added Advantage.
  • Should Be Willing To Work In Night Shift.
  • No Target And No Work Pressure In Work.
  • Immediate Joining Will Be Given First Preference

  • Night Shift With Multiple Shifts Timing Starting From 6 Pm To 1030 Am(9 Hours Shift Including Breaks)
