*Job Overview:**

We are looking for a technically sound and hands-on **Industrial Automation / Technical Engineer / Program Engineer** to join our engineering team. The candidate will be responsible for the **development, programming, testing, and commissioning** of PLC, HMI, and SCADA-based control systems, with occasional on-site support at client locations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and implement automation solutions using **PLC, HMI, and SCADA** systems (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, Mitsubishi).

* Design and review control panel layouts, wiring diagrams, and system architecture.

* Perform software programming and logic development for automation systems.

* Commission control systems on-site and provide technical support.

* Troubleshoot system issues (both remotely and on-site) and provide timely resolutions.

* Collaborate with project managers, clients, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.

* Prepare technical documentation, operation manuals, and user guides.

* Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during installation and commissioning.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**

* Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics Engineering.

* 1–5 years of hands-on experience in **industrial automation** or **control systems engineering**.

* Proficient in **PLC programming (Siemens TIA Portal, Allen-Bradley Studio 5000, etc.)**.

* Experience in HMI/SCADA configuration and development (e.g., WinCC, FactoryTalk, iFIX).

* Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Profibus, Profinet, Modbus, Ethernet/IP).

* Ability to interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.

* Willingness to travel to customer sites for commissioning and support.

* Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.


**Preferred (Not Mandatory):**

* Experience with control panel design or AutoCAD Electrical.

* Exposure to VFDs, Servo systems, or Motion Control.

* Understanding of Industry 4.0 / IIoT technologies.
