Job Overview

Ode to Odd is seeking a highly creative 
Print Designer
 to develop original, trend-forward prints and patterns that embody the brand's distinctive aesthetic. You will collaborate with the design and product development teams to translate concepts into innovative, production-ready designs across apparel, accessories, and home goods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create original hand drawn prints, patterns, and graphics that align with Ode to Odd's brand identity.
  • Conduct research on trends, colors, and techniques to keep collections fresh and relevant.
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop cohesive collections that tell a story and resonate with our audience.
  • Prepare print-ready artwork, ensuring technical accuracy and high-quality production outcomes.
  • Explore diverse techniques, textures, and mediums to deliver innovative and distinctive designs.
  • Manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
  • Present design concepts, refine based on feedback, and finalize for production.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to inform design direction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Textile Design, Graphic Design, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Print Designer in fashion, lifestyle, or related industries.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing original print and pattern work.
  • Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Pro create or similar).
  • Excellent sense of color, composition, and storytelling through prints.
  • Ability to balance creativity with commercial appeal.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
