Job Title: Training DTP Associate / Junior Associate

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Training DTP Associate / Junior Associate to support the design, preparation, and management of academic and training materials. The role requires strong technical proficiency in DTP tools, analytical capability, and organizational excellence to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.

Key Skill Sets

• Proficiency in Desktop Publishing (DTP) tools and design software, including:

• CorelDRAW, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and PageMaker

• Strong understanding of layout design, formatting, and visual consistency
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Strong planning, organizing, and reporting skills
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and data analysis
• Good typing speed in both Hindi and English
• Analytical aptitude with attention to accuracy and detail
• Prior experience in educational content design or academic publishing preferred

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and execute all Training DTP deliverables, including:

• Tests, Assignments, DPPs, DHAs, PPTs, Practice Sheets, and related materials

• Handle result management activities, including:

• OMR evaluation, error logs, result compilation, and dashboard updates

• Preparation and display of results on notice boards

• Coordinate and manage printing tasks, such as:

• Test papers, DPPs, assignments, OMR sheets, and attendance sheets

• Ensure accuracy and consistency across all printed and digital materials

• Maintain organized records and reports of all DTP and training deliverables
• Support team development and process improvement initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience with CorelDRAW, InDesign, Photoshop, and PageMaker
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace
• Excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills
• Bachelors degree in any relevant field; certification in Graphic Design or DTP will be an added advantage
