About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and fast-working Graphic Designer to join our election campaign team in Bihar. The ideal candidate should be able to create eye-catching visuals that connect with voters and communicate political messages effectively across social media, print, and outdoor platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design social media creatives, posters, banners, reels thumbnails, and short video graphics for election campaigns.
  • Create branding material such as candidate profiles, party posters, voter awareness designs, and digital ads.
  • Work closely with the content and strategy team to deliver visuals aligned with the campaign message.
  • Adapt designs for Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and outdoor hoardings.
  • Ensure quick turnaround time and maintain consistency in campaign look and feel.

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva, and After Effects (optional).
  • Strong sense of color, typography, and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple design requests.
  • Prior experience in political or election-related campaigns is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of Hindi and local Bihar dialects preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50, ₹55,000.00 per month
