Key Responsibilities

  • Drive both primary & secondary sales growth as per company targets.
  • Identify & develop new markets, distributors, and retail channels.
  • Monitor & analyze daily sales reports, team performance & market trends.
  • Train, guide, and mentor sales team for product knowledge & selling skills.
  • Build and maintain healthy relationships with channel partners.
  • Implement and execute marketing strategies, schemes, and trade promotions.

Requirements

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong industry knowledge of plywood, laminates, adhesives, or MDF.
  • Proven leadership & ability to handle multiple stakeholders & large territories.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication & negotiation skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Team player with leadership qualities (for supervisory roles).
  • Effective coordination & interpersonal skills.

Additional Requirements

  • Local candidates or those willing to relocate to specified job locations preferred.
  • Knowledge of local language will be an added advantage.
