Job Title: Sales Executive – EPC Solar

Location: Surat, Gujarat

Salary: 3.5LPA

Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive with experience in Solar EPC to drive business growth and expand our industrial and commercial customer base. The ideal candidate will have technical knowledge of solar EPC projects, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for renewable energy.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and expand the industrial/commercial customer network for solar systems.

· Identify and acquire new sales opportunities to drive business growth.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

· Provide expert guidance on solar EPC systems and applicable government schemes.

· Conduct market research to identify opportunities and challenges in the region.

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Competencies:

· Proven experience in Solar EPC sales or a similar role in the renewable energy sector.

· Strong understanding of solar EPC projects.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

· Self-driven, goal-oriented, and passionate about renewable energy.

Educational & Experience Requirements:

· BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics & Communication (EC).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
