We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Bi Paints. As an Industrial Coatings & Paints Sales, you will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with clients in the industrial sector. This is a full-time position based in Surat, Gujarat, India.

**Qualifications and Skills**

1 to 3 years of experience in industrial coatings and paints sales

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong technical knowledge of industrial coatings and paints

Ability to analyze sales data and market trends

Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships

Self-motivated and target-oriented

Willingness to travel for customer meetings and industry events

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

**Roles and Responsibilities**

Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve targets and increase market share in the industrial coatings and paints sector

Identify and qualify potential customers, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, providing exceptional customer service

Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments

Prepare sales reports and forecasts, and actively participate in sales meetings

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical and marketing departments, to support customers' requirements

Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote Bi Paints' products and services

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
