Key Responsibilities: - Analyze pricing data and compile freight rates - Prepare competitive pricing proposals - Maintain rate databases and update pricing tools - Collaborate with sales, operations, and overseas agents for timely quote delivery - Communicate effectively with global partners and vendors to obtain spot rates or negotiated pricing - Monitor market conditions, fuel surcharges, and freight trends to suggest optimal pricing strategies - Evaluate the profitability and competitiveness of submitted quotes - Manage data by maintaining accurate records of pricing requests, wins/losses, and follow-up activities - Generate reports and analysis to support pricing decisions - Ensure correct input and update of pricing in company systems - Support pricing automation and process improvement initiatives Qualifications Required: - Strong analytical, communication, customer service, and sales skills - Training abilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities - Prior experience in Freight Forwarding would be advantageous - Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field preferred Join the team at GRACE WORLDWIDE MOVERS PVT.
