Desired Candidate Profile

  • 6 months - 1 years of experience in an international voice process environment (US/UK).
  • Strong communication skills in English language (written & spoken).
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including rotational shifts.
  • Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
