Job Title: International Process Executive

Process Type: Voice (Customer Support)

Location: Work from Office, Gurugram.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist international customers
  • Resolve queries promptly with professionalism and empathy
  • Provide accurate and clear information to customers.
  • Maintain high service quality standards while adhering to process guidelines.
  • Work in night shifts and manage a high volume of calls effectively.
  • Document customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Graduate.
  • Minimum 6 months of international call centre experience required.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are also eligible

Skills:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Work Conditions

  • Working Days: 5 days a week with rotational shifts and rotational offs.
  • Transportation: cab facility available.
  • Work Mode: Work from Office.

Salary Details

  • ₹26,000 – ₹29,000 CTC per month ( Based on last drawn salary)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹26, ₹30,000.00 per month
