Key Responsibilities
· Lead Generation & Customer Outreach:
Identify potential customers through cold calls, referrals, and other channels to find new business opportunities.
· Sales Presentations & Product Knowledge:
Educate prospects and clients on products and services by presenting their features and benefits, explaining how they solve customer problems.
· Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and new customers to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
· Pipeline & CRM Management:
Maintain accurate records of sales interactions using CRM software and monitor the sales pipeline to track progress.
· Market Research:
Stay informed about market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
· Reporting & Collaboration:
Prepare sales reports to detail achievements and areas for improvement, and work with marketing and product teams to align strategies.
Key Skills & Qualifications
· Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation abilities are crucial for effectively engaging with customers.
· Self-Motivation:
A self-driven and goal-oriented mindset is necessary to meet and exceed sales quotas and targets.
· Product Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of company products and services to provide accurate information and targeted pitches.
· Adaptability:
The ability to adapt to new challenges and market changes is essential.

Act as a problem solver by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
