Role Description

The Business Development Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mangalore and Udupi. The role involves researching potential leads, building and nurturing client relationships, and selling Next Education's SaaS-based solutions to educational institutions. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, delivering compelling product demonstrations, negotiating and closing deals, and meeting revenue targets. Additionally, the manager will collaborate with internal teams to implement customer feedback and ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Business Development and Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals
  • Relationship Building and Client Servicing skills to understand client needs and foster long-term partnerships
  • Market Research and Analysis skills to identify new opportunities and evaluate competition
  • Strong Communication and Presentation skills to deliver impactful product demonstrations
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related technologies
  • Prior experience in the education or SaaS sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region
