Must-Have Skills:

Proven experience with
Avature
or similar recruitment systems (Taleo, PeopleSoft, Oracle)

Strong configuration knowledge – especially in
Recruitment & Onboarding modules

Solid understanding of
HR & Recruitment business processes

Experience in:


• Configuring and implementing improvements in recruitment systems


• Providing BAU support, including issue investigation & resolution


• Enabling new features and enhancements


• Driving support and regression testing

Excellent
business analysis
and
stakeholder management
skills
