Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Avature Functional Consultant, located in Bengaluru. The Avature Functional Consultant will be responsible for configuring and customizing the Avature platform to meet business requirements. Other duties include analyzing business needs, creating workflows, conducting training sessions, and providing ongoing support. The consultant will work closely with different departments to ensure seamless integration and user satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Avature platform configuration and customization experience
  • Strong analytical skills for understanding and responding to business requirements
  • Excellent communication and training skills
  • Experience in workflow creation and management
  • Ability to provide ongoing platform support and troubleshooting
  • Project management skills are a plus
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
  • Prior experience in consulting roles is beneficial
