Role & responsibilities

* To Prospect, develop and to generate orders from the new dealers for the assigned territory.

* To generate orders from the Existing Dealers in the assigned territory.

* Successful Closure of Orders as per the monthly plan with clearly defined targets in line with the Companys policies.

* Smooth Order execution as per order terms in coordination with the Backoffice team.

* Following the end-to-end process whist appointing the Dealers Collecting all business documents, coordinating with Back office for Dealer agreement sign off, providing technical training to Dealers on products etc.

* Post Sales Follow-up - Collection of payments.

* To co-ordinate for timely resolving Dealer Complaints along with the Factory, Backoffice Team

* To prepare monthly Dealer contact plan for Dealer Segment and get it approved from Head Sales and executing the same.

* Obtaining regular feedback from the market and updating the same to the reporting officer.

* To ensure that the existing customer(s) are satisfied, queries are properly addressed and to maintain the reputation of the company.
