About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented
D2C PPC Specialist
who can directly manage and scale paid advertising campaigns for our e-commerce brand while also overseeing our Shopify website. This role is execution-heavy and ideal for someone who enjoys getting hands-on with both ad platforms and store performance data to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

PPC (D2C Performance Campaigns):

  • Set up, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads tailored for D2C growth.
  • Perform keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor benchmarking.
  • Track KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions) and continuously optimize campaigns for efficiency.
  • Test ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve cost-effectiveness and scalability.
  • Stay updated with platform changes, D2C trends, and best practices.

Shopify (Hands-on Execution):

  • Maintain and update the Shopify store — products, collections, and content.
  • Optimize website speed, layout, and user journey to maximize conversions.
  • Install/configure Shopify apps as needed for store functionality.
  • Troubleshoot issues and implement fixes independently or with minimal developer support.
  • Monitor analytics to ensure smooth operations and highlight areas for improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience with Shopify store management.
  • Proven track record of running high-performing PPC campaigns for D2C brands.
  • Solid understanding of e-commerce funnels, CRO, and SEO fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
