Job Title: PPC Specialist (Google Ads)

Location: Dwarka Sec-12, Delhi

About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven PPC Specialist (Google Ads) with proven expertise in managing paid campaigns for international clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working in a digital marketing agency, a strong understanding of Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max), and a passion for driving measurable business growth through data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max networks
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis for effective campaign strategies
  • Optimize campaigns to meet KPIs such as CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS
  • Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to maximize performance
  • Monitor campaign performance, track conversions, and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights
  • Collaborate with content, design, and analytics teams to align campaigns with client objectives
  • Stay updated with Google Ads tools, trends, and best practices
  • Manage budgets effectively and ensure optimal spend for maximum ROI
  • Work closely with international clients, understanding their markets and adapting campaigns to local preferences

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in PPC campaign management within a digital marketing agency (mandatory)

Proven experience handling Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max)

Experience managing campaigns for international clients and understanding diverse markets

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven optimization

Proficiency with Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and reporting tools

Experience in ecommerce or lead generation campaigns is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
